Changepreneurs is a female-led organisation committed to empowering young African Australian women and multicultural youth through mentorship, leadership development, entrepreneurship, networking, and community initiatives.
For over nine years, we have supported emerging leaders and grassroot organisations in building confidence, accessing opportunities, expanding networks and creating meaningful impact in their communities.
At the heart of Changepreneurs is a simple but powerful belief: when women and young people are empowered, entire communities are transformed. Changepreneurs is all about "Less talk, more action."

A leader with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, business, and community leadership. A passionate advocate for equity, inclusion, and empowerment. A seasoned Speaker, MC, and facilitator known for her unwavering commitment to volunteering, uplifting, and empowering others — particularly women and youth from multicultural communities.
Through Changepreneurs, she has mentored the next generation of leaders, creating pathways for African Australian youth and young women to rise, lead, and thrive. Abi was inducted into the Victorian Honour Roll of Women in 2025 and was the first African Australian elected to Chair the ECCV in its 50-year history.
